May of 2025 will mark 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. Billy started his career in Cincinnati with what is today’s Cushman & Wakefield (was Colliers Turley Martin Tucker which became Cassidy Turley), where he completed over 200 transactions in less than 5 years. After moving to Nashville, he joined Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone which became Avison Young. After 2 marketplaces within 2 shops wearing 4 different jerseys, Billy decided to branch out on his own and start a boutique firm, Liberty Commercial Realty, LLC in June of 2021. The vast majority of his experience resides within the industrial occupier arena.
