Bin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with honor (majoring in finance and accounting). She has a background in retirement funds investment consulting, wealth management, due diligence on investment portfolio managers, and assets valuation skills. She brings similar risk averse, value-added, and return on investment mindsets to her real estate practice.
Bin has lived in Europe and traveled many countries which has inspired her appreciation for architecture styles, art works, interior designing, and staging which enhance her ability to sell houses at top dollar.
She is proficient in Chinese Mandarin (simplified and traditional) and other Chinese language dialects, including Jiangsu Province/Shanghai/Zhejiang Province, and Cantonese.
Bin enjoys jazz music, hiking, gardening, reading, and traveling. She believes in natural environment protection and has been involved for years in various charity activities. Part of her real estate transaction proceeds are donated to homebound patients, as well as women, children, and senior programs. She also loves to spend time with her daughter and husband and friends.
