Blake Greiner

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Blake Greiner moved to the Rocky Mountains to attend the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Operations in 2011.

Blake brings a strong background in negotiation, recognizing that meaningful relationships—both personal and professional—are built on trust, balance, and strategic decision-making. His passion for real estate is rooted in a commitment to responsible land stewardship and the long-term sustainability of properties. Known for his integrity, reliability, and loyalty, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while fostering confidence and transparency with clients. Blake currently serves as Director of Operations for Douglas Elliman Colorado and as a Broker Associate, specializing in guiding clients with their real estate holdings.

Since relocating to Aspen, Blake has been actively engaged in the community through volunteer work, nonprofit involvement, and charitable initiatives. He served four consecutive years on the Development Committee for LIFT-UP, a nonprofit devoted to providing essential resources and pathways to self-sufficiency for those in need. Today, his focus has shifted to the education sector, where he contributes his expertise as a member of the Finance Committee at the Aspen Early Learning Center, as well as the PTA and School Accountability Committee at Basalt Elementary. In these roles, he provides guidance on budgeting, investment strategies, and broader financial decision-making, while also supporting student, parent, and teacher appreciation programs.

In addition, Blake serves as a liaison for Douglas Elliman Colorado, strengthening brokerage engagement and cultivating opportunities to connect with the local community. His commitment to both his profession and the region underscores his dedication to making a lasting, positive impact.
