If anyone knows Texas real estate, it’s me. I’m Blake Scroggins — a fifth-generation Texan with a lifetime connection to the land, people, and values that make this state great. My career path has been anything but ordinary. From advertising sales and commercial roofing to mobile home sales, home building, mortgage lending, and property management — I’ve learned every side of the housing industry. By 1997, I was managing a new home sales office. Five years later, I launched my own mortgage company. And in 2005, I found my true calling — opening my own real estate agency where I could combine decades of experience with my passion for helping people.

For more than 32 years, I’ve had the honor of guiding thousands of Texans through life-changing real estate decisions — from buying their first home to building investment portfolios, selling properties, and securing land to build on. About My Family
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for more than 40 years. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life with three children, nine grandchildren, and two spirited rescue Min Pins. We’re active in our church and community, and we love fishing, traveling, photography, bowling, and a good game of chess.
