About Blake

Blake was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He moved to Nashville and has called it home since 2012.

After personally buying and selling a few properties, he discovered his love for working in Real Estate. He really enjoyed the process, the numbers, negotiations, and the opportunities to serve people. He wanted to learn more and find out if being a realtor would work for him, and he quickly learned it was a perfect fit!

After over five years as a realtor, the aspects that he enjoys the most are building relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals, negotiating win-win deals, guiding clients through the process, and having a front row seat in watching clients increase their wealth and enhance their family’s future through Real Estate.

When not helping clients, people can find him spending time with his wife, Katy, and son, Jack. His passions also include hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, traveling, and (struggling through) a CrossFit workout. He will also be cheering on the Vols, Titans, and Braves whenever possible.
