Amazing!! I can't find a better way to sum up Bluma. She is absolutely superb. From the initial call straight through closing and even after. There is no other like her. She's very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process, and knows everyone you would need from Lawyer to inspector, and very on top of EVERYTHING! Her personality is sweet and direct and she takes time to educate you and make sure you are comfortable. I recommend her all around. Just all around wonderful. She made this process so easy and stress free for my family!

I can’t recommend Bluma enough! She is caring, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and an all-around lovely person. She helped my fiancé and I over a 3.5 month period where we went from casually looking at houses to buying our first home. We saw a LOT of varying properties — from condos to single families to multi-families — across New Haven and Hamden. She was always available over text, email, or phone and never lost her grace and patience. Bluma recommended excellent professionals to work with as well. We had great experiences with the home inspector, lawyer, and home insurance agents she recommended (she recommended multiple for each type of professional). She armed us with all the information we needed to make strong offers, and although we had 2 offers refused, I still feel we made the correct choices and have no regrets. When it came to the closing process, she advocated strongly for us to get all the work we needed done. Working with Bluma made the very overwhelming home-buying process much more positive. We would definitely recommend Bluma to family and friends.

I would highly highly recommend working with Bluma! As first time home buyers, my partner and were very green to the process and had a lot of confusion and concerns. Bluma was so helpful and patient throughout the process! She always took the time out to make sure my partner and I felt clear on information and comfortable with steps. She was very responsive and available throughout the whole process and brought a calm, uplifting presence and humor that took the edge off. It’s helpful to know what you need and what you’re looking for and communicate that to her. But even if you don’t she’s there for you. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
