Bob Ballard is a highly successful Realtor in the Metro Charlotte area. After working for RE/MAX seven years, where he specialized in residential listings, sales, and property management. Bob opened his own agency called Negotiable Realty by Bob Ballard, in April of 2002. He attributes his success to working smarter and with more focus than his competition. Through his consistent effort and reputation for integrity, he has built a solid base of satisfied clients in his native community, Metro Charlotte, including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, & Union Counties. They have enthusiastically recommended him to friends and colleagues. When Bob talks about his work philosophy, Bob speaks with sincerity and candor: "My mission is to provide real estate advice and lifestyle solutions to my clients who are about to make a significant change to their lives. Prior to entering the real estate field, Bob honed his selling skills while serving as a regional sales manager for a national health care provider. Active in his community, Bob supports several charities and fundraising activities. During his leisure time, Bob enjoys spin classes, weightlifting, golf, and surfing. He and his bride of 41 years, Diane, reside in Matthews, North Carolina.
