Bob and Andrea sold my fiancée Ashley and I our first house on 8/9. Ashley and I both agree that Bob’s and Andrea’s connection with the selling agent enabled us to to ultimately win the offer. In a market where demand is astronomical, Bob and Andrea learned what was important to the seller and selling agent, and we crafted our offer as such. Having a realtor with extensive knowledge of market, and county, township, borough, city, and school district; as well as contacts in industry like Forman/Contractor is truly priceless (even an auto repair person).
