Bob Farrell

Bob has over 20 years of business experience, including 6 years in multifamily brokerage and acquisitions. His exposure to both the brokerage and acquisition side of multifamily transactions enables him to offer a compelling perspective to multifamily principals.

Bob started his real estate career with Sperry Van Ness in Phoenix. After successfully brokering several multifamily transactions, Bob transitioned to the buy side as the Southwest Director of Acquisitions for Venterra Realty (Houston, TX). Prior to co-founding Beacon, Bob was servicing clients through ORION and Nascent Ventures, his business and real estate consulting company.

Bob has held several financial and strategic leadership positions outside of the real estate industry. He learned operational aspects of business as an auditor and consultant with Ernst & Young in Manhattan. After graduate school, Bob worked at Intel as a Strategic Analyst and Investment Manager within Intel Capital, the company’s venture capital division. As VP of Business Development for an event technology company, Bob increased the number of accounts by 60% while delivering a 20% return on those operations.

Throughout his career, Bob has delivered outstanding client services through high integrity, excellent communication, and the creation of effective solutions.

Bob graduated from Boston College with a degree in Accounting and earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.
