After graduating from Virginia Tech’s Architecture Program Bob went on to pursue many different positions in the architectural, engineering and construction communities that enable him to know your property from the ground up. From design and construction to interior and exterior restoration project management Bob’s familiarity with building systems, reserve funds analysis, building condition surveys and environmental site assessments are just some of the strengths he brings to the KW Commercial Team.

Bob utilizes these experiences to make your leasing, purchase or investment transaction a success. When not providing real estate consulting services you will probably see him in the community. He has been helping Good Shepard Housing & Family Services, Inc. as a volunteer and past board member to further their mission with his real estate skills by helping them acquire housing units that help families escape homelessness. As the Fundraising Chairperson for The Howard Gardner School Bob was instrumental in the funding and construction of a new and permanent eco-friendly school building that has become a second home to its creative and diverse students. When there’s time to relax you’ll find Bob kayaking out to manage his oyster beds at the Northern Neck, playing golf, antiquing and donating blood along with enjoying the company of his family and friends.
