Bob Rein

Bob Rein co-founded Texas Investment Property Group after working for Don Bennett & Associates from 2008-2011 and NAI Austin from 2011-2013. He began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1984 working on commercial land and income producing properties for a firm in Arlington, Texas. In 2000 he moved to the Northwest Valley – Surprise, AZ. Bob became licensed in Arizona in 2003 following a successful career of 37 years working in high technology (sales & marketing) for major IT firms (IBM, EDS, Arthur Andersen). From 2003 to 2007, he specialized in upscale housing, consistently selling millions of dollars of residential real estate. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Masters of Real Estate Society. In 2006, Bob earned his Associate Broker’s license. Since returning to Commercial Real Estate. He became a specialist in the Northwest Valley focusing on Surprise, El Mirage, and Wittmann, selling commercial land and income producing properties. In 2008, Bob was appointed to the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Surprise. He frequently speaks to local organizations and was an instructor for the City of Surprise Academy. He attended The Commercial Real Estate Institute and completed the Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS) designation course. Bob became a designee with the internationally recognized Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and served on the Board of Directors of the Central Arizona Chapter and the Central Texas CCIM chapters. He has also completed a two year term on the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors board. Bob is also a Certified International Property Specialist.

Rein holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College, University of the City of New York and has earned Graduate Certificates in Finance and in Marketing from SMU, Dallas Texas.
