For our State-to-State relocation, Bob Williamson truly treated us like friends / family more than just clients. First, he helped us find a realtor licensed for the area of our State and continued to touch base with the realtor to ensure our preparation for marketing the property was on schedule. At the same time, Bob was in constant contact with us providing example properties in the target area so he could determine our "must have" vs. "nice to have" criteria so he could be on the lookout for when such properties came available. After spending weeks sending us multiple houses to review remotely, Bob gave us a great present by finding the perfect house for us that came on the market during Christmas weekend. He quickly arranged for us to tour the home in person and assisted us in making the offer that very day. Throughout the closing process and beyond, Bob offered advice and provided us with recommended contacts to help us get settled in our new home. We hope this will be our forever home but if for some reason it isn't, we're calling Bob and you should too!
