Before entering the investment real estate arena, Bobby spent years as a senior equity sales trader and portfolio analyst. During that time, he was responsible for daily market making, trading, institutional equity sales, and facilitating the opening of IPOs. Perhaps more importantly, however, he enhanced his business relationships by ensuring that his clients were represented fairly, and that they always had the most accurate, well-researched information.
For several years, Bobby has been using this high-level market knowledge to guide his real estate clients toward decisions with upside potential. Though he has expertise in a range of investment strategies, Bobby specializes in 1031 exchanges and other income-producing strategies. Expertise aside, it is Bobby’s analytical skill and genuine care for his clients that set him apart. He makes it a priority to truly listen so that he can best help people reach their financial objectives, and he remains equally dedicated to protecting their interests and nurturing trusting relationships.
A Southern California native, Bobby grew up in Orange County. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their two daughters. He also stays active by training in jiu-jitsu, playing basketball, and exercising.
