Boni is awesome! We contacted her after six months of failed house hunting and getting repeatedly outbid on homes by wealthy investors, and in *one week* she got us a house in a prime location at an excellent value! She clearly does her homework and goes the extra mile behind the scenes to get results for her clients. She's not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to make sure our entire home buying experience was a positive one, even when it came to external stuff like exiting our old rental lease and doing renovations on the new house. If you're looking to buy in the crazy San Diego market I'd highly recommend giving Boni a call, I legitimately don't think we would've ever succeeded in buying a house here without her help.
