Bonita joined Burrell Realty in 2012 and brings an extensive financial and renovation background to the firm. Prior to joining Burrell Realty, Bonita was a Wall Street stock analyst for 20 years with a number of Wall Street firms. Her last employer was Lord, Abbett & Co.. Bonita has an MBA from the The Wharton School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Her undergraduate training was as a Chemical Engineer. Bonita oversaw more than $10 million in construction projects as the President of a prominent New York cooperative for more than 14 years. Interior renovation is a passion that led to the completion of several gut renovation projects over the years. Her financial and construction experience enhances her value to our team and to our clients.
