Bonnie is amazing! A+. I didn't really know what I was doing as this was my first time on the seller's side. She sends a portfolio immediately, dotting all the Xs and crossing all the Ts. She obviously knows what she's doing, because she immediately reaches out to all of the right people--she discloses all costs up front and I had a seller's sheet within 12 hours. No one was responsive as her. You want someone who has been in the real estate business for a long time, knows the ins and outs of your neighborhood, and has closed a successful deal time and time again. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I bought a 4 bedroom home with Bonnie in New Lenox and she was amazing. I am extremely picky and uncompromising on quality, and she showed me lots of houses until finding the right one. She was very responsive and flexible on when to see houses. She then helped me get a great deal on the house. This is my 4th house, so I initially thought I would be just fine with a less experienced realtor, but the difference with Bonnie was huge. There is no one I can more highly recommend.
