Bonnie has been great and went above and beyond for helping my wife and I find a home to live in. Bonnie Smith made selling my house a lot easier then I ever imagined. He has a very good understanding of how to get the biggest profit from your house as you can. His team of contractors are very good and honest. The repairs and changes made to the house were not as expensive as I thought they would be. The house had several offers that were above our asking price. More money for me is always a good thing! And, the house was only on the market for 2 days. I would recommend Bonnie Smith to anyone who wants to sell their house.
