We bought our first home with Boris-the process was seamless and rewarding. When we decided to sell this property, we never thought of anyone except him. He is Solutions-oriented and is very responsive and knowledgeable.
There is a difference in someone who just sells real estate and a Real Estate agent-he is the real deal and we will never work with anyone except him.
He did the work and obtained information on the properties that we were interested in; he guided the paperwork process so that all of our ducks were in a row when we had upcoming events, like inspections, contracts, etc.

It just doesn't get any better than working with him!

He always had time for us and never pushed us to make a purchase on a house we were uncomfortable with. To the contrary, he went out of his way to make sure we understood the market and that we landed a place we loved to call home. It was a pleasure working with Boris, he always had time for us and made the process of buying a house in DC an enjoyable search. The most important thing was that Boris was equipped with tools to respond in a very competitive buyer's market and get us what we really wanted.

Boris was everything you could ask for in an agent. His advice and local knowledge made finding the right home for me easy. As I was relatively new to the area, he was able to give pros and cons about a variety of neighborhoods as well as identify various considerations about individual units. I was also traveling a lot at the time and he was able to work with me remotely which saved a lot of hassle. That said when I was in town I could tell I was his priority. Overall I would gladly recommend him and will do so with anyone I know who's moving to the area
