In 2000 my real estate career started in Las Vegas, NV where I learned how to preform Short Sale, BPO and REO requirements while developing my professional standards.
When the real estate market changed dramatically to include the Short Sale, BPO and REO segment. I changed my focus to meet these new demands while practicing and working with traditional sellers and buyers trying to exceed there expectations.
Upon returning to New Mexico in 2007 I continued in the same direction working with Asset Management properties.
