Brad Cox was A+ from the very beginning when I called him. I could tell from him showing me the very first house that he was going above and beyond for me. He knows such much about the inner workings of a house, what to watch out for, what is good, what is 'bad'. I felt secure with his advise and his extensive knowledge that I would pick the 'right' house for me. He was very responsive to my vast amount of questions and got back to me within minutes. But, when it comes to choosing the right Real Estate Agent to market and sell your home, it's results, results, results. In April of 2018 my daughter enlisted Brad Cox of The Vesta Group at Long and Foster to sell her home in the Baltimore area. He sold it in one day for over the listing price. Quite an impressive feat. In May, 2019 we naturally chose Brad to place our large North Baltimore County home on the market. Brad was INCREDIBLE.

Day or night, he answered my calls, and solved the problems. Every week he sent me a personalized message to walk me through the process. When we toured the home, he pointed out things about the home, good and bad, that I didn’t see. I asked him one night to view the home (which was difficult during the times of COVID) and he dropped everything to do it. It’s what he does, and who he is, and he is there supporting you though out.

When my wife and I met Brad we had no idea what we were doing. He actually reached out to me when I wasn’t even ready to start the home buying process yet. I told him I wasn’t ready and didn’t want to be hassled about it. We ended up meeting with him anyway and he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. The whole experience wasn’t about him trying to make a sale. He walked us through every individual step in the home buying process. He actually advised me to look at other options on a house that I liked initially because it wouldn’t have been a smart buy. He very easily could’ve let me buy it and made his money but he didn’t. He genuinely cared and wanted what was best for us. I feel like that’s a rare trait in today’s society. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brad Cox to purchase a new home in Lutherville. Brad was an amazing Realtor and a fantastic resource! Right away, Brad connected me with one of his preferred lenders who was able to get me pre-approved so we could find the right home. Then we looked at a bunch of homes – I’ll admit I had a very specific set of criteria I was looking for – but Brad never lost his patience and remained encouraging throughout the search, offering advice and steering me clear of things I never would have noticed but Brad picked up. When we finally found the home that we thought might be the one, Brad told me about it and we were inside the house within 45 minutes of it going on the market (the listing agent told me that at the closing)! We were the first to see it, my offer was the first offer, and because of Brad’s advice, my offer beat out the other offers on the house! Then he led me through the process of getting the home inspected, negotiating the repairs, and making sure we kept to every deadline. I really felt like Brad was in my corner, and he went above and beyond my expectations on many occasions! I love my new home – it’s perfect for me and my dog!
