Brad was very good at what he does. He tells you they way it is. I experienced a high amount of traffic which I think ultimately brought about the quick timeframe to get a contract. I would recommend this agent to others.

The Brad Elsner team works their butt off! They were able to navigate me from selling my current house in less than 3 months to finding another house and moved in within a month! Their knowledge of the area is exceptional. No one knows it better. They were on top of every detail. They use all the new marketing techniques and get results! I felt I got a great deal on my new home and never felt alone in the process. Don't use anyone else. I felt like I didn't just get a knowlegeable reality company, but I made friends. This group rocks!

After renting an apartment in Kirkwood for several years, my husband and I were ready to start the search for a house. I called Mickie and set up an appointment to meet with Brad, and he had us at Hello! LOL! Brad is not only a CHARACTER that absolutely cracks me up, he is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He gives you honest opinions, answers, and makes the entire process totally painless. This was our first home purchase, and Brad's guidance from which homes to view, to the inspections, to our lender, were all honest and spot on, resulting in an amazingly easy process and a wonderful, beautiful new home! There is a reason that you seen Brad's smiling mug all over Kirkwood and St. Louis - he is the BEST!!!!
