Brad grew up in Carlinville in rural Macoupin County Illinois on the family farm. He has grown up around farming and hunting his entire life, which has given him the insight of what to look for on each unique farm and hunting property. Brad truly loves his community and he serves as the Vice President of the Macoupin County Fair Board and a committee member of Macoupin County chapter of Whitetails Unlimited and the Carlinville Ducks Unlimited chapter.

Brad has sold real estate throughout Illinois for several years. He has completed multiple comprehensive courses that focus on advertising and marketing properties from a local level to a national level. Brad has worked on advertising larger properties worldwide through the United Country’s corporate office.

Throughout the years, and with the help of others, Brad has established an comprehensive buyer list that are looking for properties from 10 acres to over 1,000 acres all over central Illinois. He has familiarized himself with 1031 exchanges, and programs offered through the USDA and NRCS offices to maximize and utilize all the property has to offer.
