About Brad

Brad has been a REALTOR® for three decades and have worked in every kind of market – up, down, and in between. Knowing how to make the most of any market for her clients, he gets the job done in a professional and easygoing manner, always putting his clients first. Originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1990, he obtained his broker’s license the next year. He then set out to get his broker’s license in other states, and he is currently licensed as a real estate broker in both Colorado and Washington. In addition to a strong background in sales, he has been a sales manager, brokerage owner, real estate franchise executive and consultant. While he used to speak professionally around the world on real estate sales, brokerage management and social media, he currently stays close to home in Washington and manage a highly productive team of brokers working out of our head office in Bellingham. And even though he is devoted to his clients and team, Brad gives back to the real estate industry in a variety of ways.

Homes.com Review

Brad was recommended by our daughter when we decided to sell our home. He was very aware of prices, costs for selling and also for buying. He checked in with us regularly to answer any questions or help solve any problems. It was nice to know we were still on his radar. I enjoyed Brad's personality and his ability to do a great job of multitasking. I would tell anyone looking for a realtor he & his assistant do a great job and would be a good choice.

We met Brad when he called regarding some homes I had seen on the internet. He has always been extremely nice and easy to work with. Also, punctual, patient, and flexible. When we had to back out of a deal for a home because of well water issues, he had no problem showing us more homes until we found the right one. He took care of all the details like scheduling home inspectors and well inspectors and appraisers. We would recommend Brad Hanks highly to anyone for their real estate needs.

Brad was not only accommodating in showing us all our options when it came to finding a house, but he was fundamental in helping us understand each neighborhood so that we knew what each area had to offer us. We had expectations of someone who was knowledgeable, thorough and very understanding of our family's needs. Brad not only met those needs but surpassed every one of them.
