Brad Jaeb

Brad Jaeb started in construction building pools and operating heavy equipment while attending Jesuit College Prep School in Dallas Texas. Jaeb obtained hisTexas Real Estate License in 1985 when interest rates were at 17+percent, this inspired his study of construction and obtaining his Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics at Santa Clara University.
Jaeb obtain Real Estate Brokers License, General Contractors License to delivering both construction and real estate services to his real estate clientele in 1993, originated Loans at Portfolio Lending while Associating with Reliance Realty in 1995, which gave him the ability to refinance residential real estate, finance raw land and construction. Hershel Forrester Real Estate, T.E. Jaeb & Associates, Cornish & Carrey Realty, Portfolio Lending, Reliance Realty, REMAX, Keller Williams, and Engel & Volkers have all created the valuable foundation of knowledge and experience for Brad Jaeb who has owned and operated Jaeb Real Estate since 2005 & Jaeb Innovations Construction since 1993.
