I at that point was homeless with 2 months to settlement and we had to be out. He found a house for me to buy, and strategized on how we were going to beat out the competing bids and we closed in a month!

Then I had a small house to sell in Annapolis and I listed it with Brad and it was sold before we could even take pictures! It never even hit the market. He knows all of the other agents and has a great network. We got over asking price.

One of the things that separates Brad from other seller agents are the professional quality videos he uses to promote properties. Townsend Visuals did a great job with the drone, actually flying it underneath our footbridge and over the water for some amazing aerial video in addition to the birds’ eye views. Initially, I had no intention of working with Brad. I am traditionally very dubious about the value proposition of realtors. I was only casually looking at properties, and even if I decided to purchase, I was planning to use a family friend or my last agent.

However, Brad blew me away with his market knowledge and attention to detail. I peppered him with questions about the location, market value, financing options, and comparable properties. Sometimes I knew the answer and was just testing him. He passed. Sometimes I did not know the answer, and he demonstrated the domain and market expertise that left no doubt that I should be working with Brad.
