Brad Martin

I am a Lumberton native with twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. I’m a Licensed Real Estate Broker in NC and a former North Carolina State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. I have a diverse background in real estate that includes residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management as well as appraising commercial real estate in Southeastern North Carolina. I have furthered this experience over the last fifteen years through the formation of real estate partnerships that invest in, develop, and actively manage both residential and commercial properties. This brings an understanding and perspective that is beneficial in relating to my client’s real estate objectives.

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with degrees in Accounting and Business Management. In 2011 I earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. I’m a member of the NC-CCIM Chapter, the Realtors Land Institute, the Robeson County Committee of 100 and the Lumberton Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 I served as Chairman of the Lumberton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and in 2019-2020 I’m serving as Chairman of the Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton.
