Brad and Raffaele have been great to work with through our relatively complex real estate transactions (purchase of a lot to build on, sale of our home, and then purchase of another home). They have bent over backwards to make themselves available whenever we needed them and were integral to helping to execute our strategy to sell our higher-end home (for well over list price) in the face of recessionary headwinds that have impacted the national real estate market. Oh man, where to begin. We were a relocation-sale so everything was on a 'how quick can we go??' pace; Brad was right there every step of the way with a calm, professional 'we can do that' and layed out exactly how and when things would happen. He answered MANY relocation and general-homesale questions, and gave us tons of time and attention along the way. I felt his expertise in appraising properties was immensely important to listing our home at the right price; in the end, it enticed our buyer to offer more than 10% over list.
