Brad Osmun

The team's mission is to provide trusted, exceptional service while donating a portion of every commission to local nonprofits. Personally, Brad supports the Travis Manion Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop character and leadership in today's youth.
Brad's background is rooted in service and leadership. Raised in a military family, he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and went on to serve ten years as a Navy helicopter pilot. Throughout his military career, he led complex missions, coordinated international military exercises, and taught leadership to future naval officers at the Naval Academy. From commanding helicopter operations in the Arabian Gulf to supporting a pirate-hostage rescue mission off the coast of Somalia, Brad developed the problem-solving abilities, discipline, and leadership skills that now help him successfully navigate even the most challenging real estate transactions.
As his Navy career came to a close, Brad chose to continue serving others by pursuing his passion for real estate. Having moved 16 times, lived in nine different states, and personally bought and sold multiple homes, he understands firsthand the stress, excitement, and emotions involved in the buying, selling, and moving process. These experiences, combined with his encounters with both exceptional and ineffective agents, inspired him to help others navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity.
In 2018, Brad and his wife chose Apex, North Carolina, as the ideal place to put down roots and raise their three children. The area's abundance of parks and playgrounds, thriving restaurant and brewery scene, outdoor recreation opportunities, music and sports venues, favorable climate, and affordable cost of living made the decision an easy one. Since then, Brad has been helping buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle area achieve their real estate goals as a full-time real estate professional.
