About Brad

Brad relocated to Mtn. Home, AR, along with his mother and two brothers when he was around 12 years old. Despite not being born there, he quickly assimilated into the community and feels a deep connection to the area, considering himself a native.

Brad is a proud father to two beautiful daughters named Jessica and Amy. They have given him the joy of being a grandfather to two grandsons, Kohnner Jackson and Emmett Ray, as well as two granddaughters named Kaylynn Dale and Haley Jane.

Alongside his wife Ashley, Brad is an avid lover of the great outdoors. They both enjoy camping, riding their Harley, and embarking on various travel adventures. Their fascination with the magnificent Ozark area never wanes.

After graduating from high school, Brad pursued a career in manufacturing, which provided stability and allowed him to raise his two daughters for the past 22 years. He is not one to frequently change jobs, demonstrating his commitment and dedication.

Upon successfully raising his daughters, Brad decided it was time for a new professional path. With his mother's extensive experience of over 20 years in Real Estate in Mtn. Home, it was a natural choice for Brad to follow in her footsteps. Furthermore, his aunt, who also ventured into Real Estate, and his mother recently acquired Baxter Real Estate Company, making it an obvious decision for Brad to join their ranks.
