Brad Richmond

Brad has lived in the Coeur d’Alene area since 1992, after growing up in Lewiston, Idaho. He has been a Realtor since 1999 and has specialized in new construction sales since 2000 when he joined the Hallmark Homes sales team. His creativity has brought Hallmark Homes newer and greener ways of building, along with new innovative floor plans and better use of square footage.

Brad views his role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career, it is also a responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on others’ lives. Homebuyers and sellers have their money on the line, and Brad does not take that lightly. He makes sure his clients have all the pertinent facts; that they understand the contracts and disclosures; and that they know their options. He always points out both the positive and negative in a potential decision. Brad is known for his easy-going, friendly attitude and his cooperative spirit. But when his clients’ interests are at stake, his intense loyalty, negotiating skills, and problem-solving abilities come to the forefront.

Brad stays active in the community by volunteering and coaching Junior Tackle Football, AAU Basketball, and Little League Baseball, to name a few. He also donates much of his time to the local schools.
