As a senior real estate specialist Brad recognizes that a home is often the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers and seniors have. Thus, he brings a unique approach to each transaction, since he takes the time to sit with his clients and look at the big picture, factoring in financial issues and current and future care needs, to ensure that each client arrives at the best decision about selling a property and finding a new home. Brad is fully aware of the financial and emotional challenges seniors face when they are thinking about selling a long-held family home and approach clients and family members with patience and empathy.

Brad is happily married with 2 beautiful children. When he is not working Brad enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors. Mike can be found hiking, camping, kayaking and volunteering in his free time. He enjoys giving back to the community as a town meeting representative for precinct 5, member of Town's Historical Commission and active member of the Dartmouth Rotary and longtime volunteer for Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust.
