This is my second time that I have used Brad Weisman to help me with my need. The first time was to sell a home and this time to purchase a new one.
Brad and his team, Lisa Weaver (transaction coordinator), have made the transitional period run very smoothly. Brad and his team worked conscientiously to help me fill out appropriate documents for the purchase of my new home. As many times that I called and texted Brad he was always responsive to my questions, even if I asked them over a million and one times.
I've worked with other realtors in my life but no one beats the admirable personality the Brad possess. It is a comfortable experience working with Brad. His expertise in real estate is excellent. As a human being he is the greatest person, the "Man," to work with. I will highly recommend Brad to any anyone who is seeking to buy a home.

Once again, with the purchase of my third house, I have used Brad as my realtor. "What can I say about Brad?"
He is the most informative person that can assist you with making the correct decisions with my thoughts. As a friend and a realtor, Brad has been working with me to the most advantageous aspects. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with the best possible scenario, traveling and meeting with me explaining the pros and cons at different sites during our "hunt" of homes. As in the past, I asked him similar questions via phone calls and emails. At times , I felt I was a nuisance to him. But never ever did Brad express any hesitation to respond to respond to the questions asked. He always answered me with the most positive attributes and mannerisms. All times with a warm and cheerful tone of voice.
As mentioned once before, Brad's expertise in real estate is superior. And again, as before, Brad is considered as a true human being, sometimes known according to the Yiddish language, a real "mench"
I am grateful that I have found a real confidant in his field.
I will always recommend Brad as a realtor to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home.

In today’s housing market I had rather low expectations but Brad Weisman proved to be a stellar agent regardless of the current market. Who else could get you significantly less on the asking price on a house you love and sell your house for significantly more than what you expected in today’s market? My home purchase experience with Brad was amazing. Brad managed to help me purchase a home during COVID-19 back at the end of May. I needed to look for a home in March, not only was I worried about the entire experience of shopping for a home but it was also going to be altered because of COVID-19. We decided to sell our home in PA while living in CA. Where to start... I met Brad at an open house a few years ago, he was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Although that house wasn’t for me, Brad set up a search that outlined what I was looking for in a home. Any time I saw a house that peaked my interest, I would contact him and he would set up a showing. We went to A LOT of houses over the course of a couple years. I drug him through snow storms, rains, mud, etc. I learned so much about homes and home buying from Brad. He was always patient and never pushed me toward something I didn’t want. We learned a lot about each other and always enjoyed a good laugh together. Brad put in some late hours doing paper work for us that secured us our home when we finally did find the one. Brad made our whole home buying experience pleasant and as stress-free as it could possibly be. I definitely would recommend Brad to any of my friends and family looking to buy or sell their home.
