About Brad

Brad Whittaker and his wife, MaryAnn Whittaker, make up Whittaker Home Team. As their life in Real Estate has evolved, they now find themselves owners of Realty One Group Pacifica. They love being able to serve their agents and make sure that they have all that they need to serve their buyers and sellers. Additionally, they continue to service their own buyers and sellers as they love to keep their fingers in the business so that they can stay up to date on what is going on in the market.

They work with all types of buyers and sellers as they look for their primary residence second home multi family or commercial properties. Focusing on the individual needs and priorities of our clients allows us to tailor a real estate strategy with the highest possible outcome of success. On a personal note, they have 3 young adult kids and 1 four legged one. One of their girls recently got married and lives/works in Spokane another one is with the Navy and is currently stationed at the Whidbey Island Naval Air Base. Their son is currently getting his Real Estate licensing finished so that he can join in the family business.

They see their effectiveness as realtors stemming from my prior 25 years of work experience. In that time, Brad worked and managed in the manufactured home industry and the home building industry. Most recently Brad spent 8 years in residential and construction lending. It is this experience that built the foundation for and led me into real estate. Mary Ann on the other hand was in elementary education for 30 years as an elementary school principal and teacher.

Their truest passions are serving, and teaching and they get to do that every day as they work with their amazing agents and their amazing clients. They look forward to hearing from you.
