After college, he earned his CA real estate license in 2014 to work as a Realtor in Martinez and Contra Costa County. At age 16, Brad invested in his first real estate property in Fallon, Nevada. His first primary residence was purchased at age 23 and he now owns rental property along with a primary residence in Martinez.
