Brad was born and raised in Martinez, CA and graduated from Chico State with a BA degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He started in real estate as a young child stuffing envelopes for his father and worked his way through the various departments including marketing and property management at Turnbloom & Associates, Inc. After college, he earned his CA real estate license in 2014 to work as a Realtor in Martinez and Contra Costa County. At age 16, Brad invested in his first real estate property in Fallon, Nevada.
