Brad has been my go-to realtor for years now. He has always been professional and courteous. He is always quick to respond to my (many) questions. He has even gone as far as to help me with little to no benefit to himself. I’ve recommended Brad to other friends who also raved about his service. There are many realtors out there, but not many who have the work ethic and level of customer support that Brad does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Brad was my agent while I was buying a home during the COVID pandemic. Houses, in some cases were selling in hours for more than asking. Brad was able to find houses and get me in to see them on a moment notice , often shifting around his personal time to make sure I was able to see everything I wanted to. As a first time home buyer, he answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process. He was always on time and made sure I was kept informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. When a problem with the sellers agent almost kept us from closing on time, Brad stepped up, asked the lenders and title company to work after hours on a Friday night to make sure the house closing happened as scheduled saving me hundreds of dollars. He is a fantastic agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.

Listen. We met Brad at an open house and came to him in a pinch.We were slacking slacking on our home search. We had 10-14 days to find, buy and close. Brad is responsive, personable, and fun. Nothing short of AMAZING!!! He works hard to make sure you get all of your wants and needs, whether it’s included when you move in or the price is lowered for you to get it added after. Satisfaction is definitely guaranteed and location is not a problem. He is well versed in options for completing transactions with or without you present. Your time is so valuable to him that he arrives early to showing appointments to make sure everything is in order and saves you a trip if needed. He and his team thoroughly prepare prior to closing so that closing goes quickly. Also, there are multiple locations so that travel for meetings is convenient. I have both bought and sold with Brad and have no complaints!
