Bradley Wardrop

Bradley G. Wardrop is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 28 years of experience. He has earned the MAI and SRPA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is a current Licensed Real Estate Broker, and holds the CCIM commercial designation. He is approved to do form based appraisals that include single family and FHA loans. He is also qualified to write narrative based commercial appraisals.

Brad has had several opportunities to testify as an expert witness in cases tried in the State of Arizona, including both residential and commercial based valuations. Brad graduated in 1983 with a B.S., in Finance and a minor in Accounting and Economics from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah
