A well-respected and top-producing real estate professional, Brandi Dillon, is Managing Director of The Agency Frederick serving clients throughout Maryland as well as Northern Virginia and Northeastern West Virginia with close partners in DC, PA, DE and beyond. Named the #1 Real Estate Agent in the Maryland and D.C. Metro region for her brokerage in August 2019, Brandi also serves as the Realtor Director on the Frederick County Association of Realtors (FCAR) Board of Directors.

A natural-born leader and an enthusiastic problem-solver, Brandi’s long list of happy clients has helped her build a sterling reputation and a strong network of referral business. “It’s always an honor when my clients recommend me to their friends or family members,” says Brandi. “There is no higher compliment. Prior to real estate, Brandi achieved a degree in international business and managed international sales for a technology company, honing her talents for meticulous organization and concise communication.

In her (limited) free time, Brandi enjoys being with her family—two puppies, one cat and one husband. She is also an adrenaline-seeker, naming skydiving and snowboarding as her favorite sports. Brandi also supports local schools and charities, including the Frederick Rescue Mission, The Frederick Faith House, Soup Kitchen and Shatterproof, a national nonprofit dedicated to transforming addiction treatment and supporting communities.
