Brandi Thomas began her career in the real estate business in 2007 as the Executive Assistant for prominent Condominium Developers in Destin, FL. Notable projects include Laketown Wharf, Panama City Beach, FL’s largest single building condominium, and Wallacetown, a planned multi-million-dollar Old West resort in Texas. Brandi obtained a Business, Computer Applications, and an Accounting Degree, and later worked for an Association Management company that oversaw over 40 private neighborhood communities along Florida’s Gulf Coast panhandle.
After moving to the Tampa Bay area in 2010, Brandi worked with multiple commercial and residential real estate brokerages, specializing in high-end marketing and business development. Other skills and specialties include luxury real estate advertising, interactive media and video production, PR and networking, digital and print ad design, social media and online SEO, campaign management, etc. Overall, Brandi has a strong record of dramatically increasing annual sales and business growth, i.e., each individual Broker Associate Brandi was employed by soon ranked in the top 50 for their region for annual gross sales volume.
In 2018, Brandi joined with Engel & Völkers as the Regional Marketing Director, later promoted to VP of Talent and Business Development, for all the independently owned Tampa Bay area shops. This newly originated position allowed for strong collaboration and syncing between the shops, and through joint efforts they ranked as the #1 Top Workplace in Tampa Bay Area by the Tampa Bay Times in 2020. Now, real estate assistance for home buyers and sellers is her sole focus.
