After a very trying real estate experience with another agent, I called Brandon to sell our house. He got us up and running in record time and marketed our house everywhere you could possibly think of. He also went the extra mile to help keep an eye on the house since we had already moved out of state. Before Brandon our house had been on the market for 3 months with no success. My husband and I went into looking at houses without looking for a great realtor. When we decided to start looking again at homes we found Brandon. Brandon was always available for us which helped make our experience so worth it. We had looked at several houses and we weren't finding the one we wanted to call home. I wanted to make some comments regarding Mr. Brandon Richards. He handled the sale of my home which closed on 31 Aug 2016. I will list the address below for reference. When I was initially searching for a realtor, I was looking for a person who was new to the industry as they are normally more driven than an individual who is already established and been in the career field for quite some time. I chose your organization based on the numerous signs and advertising in the area along with some reviews I had read. I put a call into Brandon and he answered right away and we had a thorough discussion regarding your services and when we would schedule a meeting. He came to my home and explained the services you provided along with his personal extra steps to ensure the timely sale of my home. Brandon has many tools and resources that to me seemed above and beyond what the average realtor would be equipped with. He arrived at my home with multiple cameras and memory cards and videographer which I wasn’t expecting. He took time to ensure the angles and lighting of the pictures were tasteful and marketable. He walked the entire five acres of my property from front to back and the videographer took in depth aerial shots that would help with the sale of my home. After he was done, he knew my home as well as I did which would strengthen his knowledge to showcase the homes attributes. Brandon has incessant passion about his job and really cares about the people he represents. He was available day or night.
