Brandon Rogillio

Brandon Rogillio is the owner/broker of Rogillio Real Estate in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Brandon began practicing real estate as a profession while studying Economics at Southeastern Louisiana University in the late 1990’s. He earned his CCIM designation in 2007, having completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. The CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, and negotiation. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. In the spring of 2009, he earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, which signifies the most accomplished, experienced, educated, and highest performing land experts in the country. He has completed the rigorous LANDU education program and has a proven track record of strong transaction performance. Brandon is currently the only REALTOR® in Louisiana to hold both the ALC and CCIM designations.

Since 2009, Brandon has held several REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) leadership roles, serving on the Board of Directors since 2013. He was elected, and served, as the 2016 National Vice-President and the 2017 National President of RLI. He has also served as the Representative to the National Association of REALTORS® Commercial Committee, is an active member of the RLI Government Affairs Committee, and was the 2011 Co-Chair of RLI’s annual National Land Conference.

Currently, Brandon is the Federal Political Coordinator for Louisiana House, District 6. The FPC program connects REALTOR® constituents with their elected Congressional candidates in order to focus on the issues specifically affecting real estate and private property. FPC’s respond to the National Association of REALTORS® Calls for Action and advocate on behalf of state and local REALTORS®.
