Brandon Walker

Brandon Walker, a lifelong Alaska resident, graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a BBA in Marketing. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Walker entered the commercial real estate industry with his background in development and property management. Prior to joining Bond, Stephens & Johnson, he practiced commercial real estate appraisal and consulting for several years, performing assignments on nearly $500,000,000 in commercial product in Anchorage and statewide.
Mr. Walker has consulted with and represented tenants, owner users, investors and developers in South central Alaska, core experience includes assignments in the Greater Anchorage area involving office, retail, industrial, restaurant, vacant land, apartment and special purpose properties.
