Prior to real estate, Brandon excelled in executive roles at national and global retail chains, including Sur la table and Luxottica Retail. At Lacoste, he built the North American Lacoste Outlets Division into the brand's largest revenue source globally. These experiences equipped him well for his real estate and start-up ventures.

Today, Brandon consults Team leaders and owners on building systems and processes while leading The Agent Mosaic with a vision to empower real estate professionals through advanced tools, resources, and training.
