About Brandy
Born in northern Indiana, I moved to the Bloomington area at age 8 and have called it home ever since. I graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1999—the same year I earned my real estate license. In 2003, I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Legal Studies.
Before diving full-time into real estate, I worked as a loan closer at a local title company, giving me a strong foundation in the transaction process and further enriching the expertise I bring to every client relationship.
I’ve been married to my husband since 2006, and we have two wonderful children who attend Edgewood schools. As a long-time resident and dedicated Realtor, I’d love the opportunity to help you with all your real estate needs.

My home buying experience was unique to say the least and driven by a time line due to me being out of state (Florida). Enter Beth Robinson. After an awful intial experience with the local FC Tucker office, I did my homework. I contacted Beth on Father's Day via a casual, general text message with no urgency. She actually returned my call in Florida that day and we discussed my needs as I knew it then. I am a brand loyal client, customer, patient and this great effort she made attracted me, a quirky buyer. By quirky, I mean, I wanted space but didn't want to mow three acres. A quality, move-in ready home, that had some special requirements like a huge garage. Rural living yet not a 45 minute commute into town. Do you beleive that she made it happen and we closed by Labor Day 2025! As an incredible intangible, Beth is deeply rooted into the community as a native. She comes from a long line of expert builders and has a firm grip on remodeling. Her ideas are genuine and she knows how to impliment a significant number of networkers that are very reputable as well. In the end, if you decide to go elsewhere, you will already be at an extreme disadvantage when you need it most - buying or selling a home. This is a fact based on me having purchased several homes over the last forty (40) years. Thank you. J. Edward Elick
