The whole house hunting process has been a nightmare but Brandy was able to help take away a large portion of the stress. We never had to worry if we were being taken advantage of as new buyers because while we're looking for what's wrong with each house she's also pointing out what she's noticed instead of letting us buy something blind. The very first house we looked at she advised us not to purchase as it was an obvious flip and only the cosmetics were taken care of. She's been prompt and extremely patient with us unlike our previous realtor who always found a way to make us feel stupid when we asked newbie questions. She held our hand through the whole process and even attended the signing of the papers so if we ever have to go through this nightmare again I won't go through anyone else
