Brandy has been with my family for over 4 years. She is very professional and resourceful. We enjoy the way she makes things easy to understand and walks us through the process step by step so we never feel lost and if we have a question she is always accessible via email/text and she will call us as soon as she can.

We have purchased and sold with Brandy and she is phenomenal. She showed us where we would benefit and went out of her way to make sure we presented ourselves and our property in the best way possible!

We have referred her to friends and family and we always hear great feedback!! We will continue to work with her and highly refer her to whoever needs a wise and resourceful realtor!

Brandy has to be one of the best when it comes to realty in the DMV area. Overwhelmed by the real estate market, my wife made a post on Facebook asking for advice on areas to buy a house in that matched our budget and space requirements and she was instantly flooded by realtors offering locations, listing, and services. Brandy took a different approach - she messaged my wife and gave her some tips on how to make real estate more manageable, provided some questions we should ask ourselves, and wished her good luck on her search, never coming off as too salesey. After my wife replied and she shared additional tips, my wife decided to work with Brandy as our realtor. Her professionalism is only shadowed by her personal relationship building skills - she made us feel like her family almost immediately.

Due to us wanting to continue to grow our family and Northern Virginia being insanely expensive, we had to start to consider looking out of the immediate DC vicinity, and I think the best advice Brandy gave us, was to spend a day or two in the towns we were willing to entertain to see if we felt a connection to it, rather than buying on price or size. We checked out a bunch of towns in northwest Virginia, Woodbridge areas, Baltimore areas, but for us, all of the towns were just suburbs with no self-identity and charm. Then we visited Frederick, and we fell in love with the charm of the city. Brandy steered us towards Frederick, and her advice to spend a couple of days really helped us on deciding to buy here.

The buying itself was simple. Brandy was super quick to answer any questions I had (there were a lot), and helped to coordinate communications with the lender, title company, and closing agent. Everything was pretty much read and ink on closing day. Brandy also did a stellar job at getting us seller's credit for things that needed fixing while also getting the big tickets fixed for us before we moved in.

We highly recommend Brandy for your real estate needs in the DMV area!

Brandy was very attentive and patient with the process of selling my family’s land. She took the time to drive out to the land 2 hours away to take photos. Walked us through the process answering all of our questions until we were clear. Advised us on what a good offer was and fought for us to get the highest bid. After over a year, she found us not one but two potential buyers and closed the deal well above what we expected and closer to our original price for sell. Not only was she professional, she was friendly and personable checking in on the family throughout the process and COVID-19.

If you want someone who won’t just treat you like another client or $$$ sign, but will look after your best interests, I highly recommend Brandy Stephens.

Brandy was a heaven sent from start to finish. We were first time home buyers that didn’t know much about the process. She explained every step thoroughly and walk us into home ownership. We worked with Brandy for 9 months while we were working on getting qualified. During that time she checked in frequently and kept us motivated when we got frustrated. We stayed the course and scored a FHA loan in a beautiful home that we are so excited to start our new journey in.

I found a 4 (soon to be 5) bedroom house at the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and within the Rappahannock River basin on Lake Pelham. I fell in love with it. It had everything I needed and wanted. I checked on it... It was under contract. 😒

HOWEVER, as blessings would have it, on my birthday, my realtor, Brandy Stephens, took me to see it because miraculously, it was no longer under contract. 🙌🏾

I closed on Aug 31, 2020 and now we get to enjoy looking at peaceful waters every day.

Brandy stuck it out with me, there were no bumps in the road. Everything went smooth. I had a very quick turnaround (about 45 days) and I even got my keys early.

Brandy and I entered into this in a business relationship and now we're friends! #Bonus Thank you, Brandy, for helping me but only find a house but finding my home.
