As a member of the military, relocating the family to a different area of the country is not an easy accomplishment. Most times we are expected to move only a couple of months. Brandy was a blessing as she assisted my family during this trying time with ease and professionalism.

My wife and I were looking for rentals in the area and called about a home we were interested in and that's when we met Brandy (over the phone). It was impressive that she took over an hour to not only inform us about the rental, But she also gave us an overview of the entire area in which we were looking to live.

We met Brandy in person and decided against renting. We began trying to find a home for purchase. Brandy over delivered on every aspect of assisting us. She included us in on an app that she uses to search for homes. We notified her when we found a home we liked and she researched all about it and gave us all the details. My wife and I lived 3 hours away, which was a challenge in a market in which homes were under contract the same day they were put on the market. Brandy's leadership and perseverance kept us stress free. She would use video messaging and walked the neighborhood, drive the streets, and give extremely thorough tours of the house for us. She was spending hours helping us decide, always taking account for our needs and preferences.

We finally decided on a home and from the bid to moving in and everything in between was handled knowledgably, and remarkably promptly. Sometimes paperwork can take a while to to get from people but not from her. I received any and all paperwork from here very quickly, most of the time within minutes. phone calls were answered first ring, everything was just handled without guessing, and we never felt uncomfortable speaking with her.

Brandy was more than a realtor to us, she treated us like family. From our first encounter, we knew that she was a genuine kind hearted person that truly wanted to help us. She was exceptional at finding us our home. We got lucky with finding this relator and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Brandy is super accommodating, friendly, easy going, and all round great to work with. Any time I have ever had an issue as a renter she was quick to problem solve and get a solution figured out.
