Brandy sold us our first home. It's a tedious process and big decision. She was there for us every step of the way, answering my immense amount of questions about our particular house as well as real estate in general. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the situation as we progressed through the purchasing process all the way to closing day. She made us feel secure in that she had our back. Very trustworthy and a woman of integrity.

We had Brandy help us with finding a home while we were out of state. She did stellar! The house was “for sale by owner” who then promptly stiffed her on any reward even though she found them a cash buyer—us! She stayed with us just the same and made sure all went through as planned. We have had her help us buy another house since and as always, she made sure all’s perfect. Her follow through and being on task is 100% on. I highly recommend this wonderful lady.

Brandy helped my husband and i purchase our first home. It was wonderful having someone answer all our questions and walk us through the whole process. We never had any problems. It was the smoothest buying situation i can imagine. Our first offer on a house was excepted when i thought there was no way we’re were gonna get it. We love our home and would definitely use brandy for all of our future home buying endeavors.

Brandy helped my fiancé and I buy our very first home! We were pretty clueless about the entire process and had lots of questions, but she answered them all with no hesitation and walked us through every single step. She was always available when we wanted to view a house and if she wasn’t, she made sure one of her agents could come show the house for her. She also flips houses, herself, so she’s very knowledgeable in regards to renovations and what’s fixable vs what’s not. We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Brandy. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them. I would recommend her to anyone!
