We met Brenda when we rented a vacation house through her property management service . We instantly fell in love with the area , were impressed by her service and engaged her as our agent to buy a home. We do not live in the area and Brenda went through the entire buying process in meticulous detail. She listened to what we were looking for, advised us on homes and locations , showed us the homes via video walk throughs and answered my many questions within hours (sometimes minutes). Following up with that, she steered us toward organizing insurance and utilities. We were so delighted with Brenda's work that we will carry on using her services to manage our rental property . Brenda truly provides a full-service real estate group and we cannot recommend her enough.

She helped us with contractors, recommendations, and followed thru with every request so quickly. She even made up for the terrible sellers agent by doing work he shoulda completed. She displayed exceptional communication skills as we were always kept up to date with any and all information. She gave honest opinions when we asked and we felt she kept our best interests in mind. I would also like to respond to the one negative review. That was my rental house she was selling, I live down the street and Brenda was kind enough to stop at my home to let me know you were not responding to her confirmation texts and that she was there at noon anyways. She came to my home at 12:30 so she had waited for you. Brenda also sold my daughter's home and asked for proof of funds in taking her and her hubby to see homes. This is common practice in Fl. So before you smear someone's good reputation get the facts straight. We would use Brenda again in a heartbeat!

Over the past 6 years, we have dealt with Brenda in various capacities. Initially, we were clients renting vacation homes from her and were very satisfied with the service we received. When it came time to buy our own retirement home, we did not hesitate to rely on Brenda to act as our real estate agent. A safe pair of hands
I am very pleased to recommend Brenda and her team at Elite Home Management (EHM) to anyone looking for a management company to look after their property.
We have just sold our two rental properties which Brenda has looked after for over 14 years. As we live in Italy and could only visit once a year, we had to have someone who we trusted completely to make sure our properties were well maintained and that our rental guests were supervised and supported at all times. This she has done in a competent and professional manner.
She is ably supported by a team of assistants who can deal with most problems, but if not, she also has many local contacts who will, because of a close friendship, deal with larger difficulties quickly and at reasonable costs.
Her own charges are fair; over the years we have been approached by other management companies, but when we have compared her charges and what she does for them, we’ve had no trouble deciding to stay with EHM.
It’s time for us to retire and get out of the rental business, but if you are in the business and looking for a new management company or just starting up, you could do no better than to let Brenda and her people look after your interests.
