Ms. Burrell listens to what her clients interest's are in what they are looking for in a home. She is truly dedicated in finding your dream home, but most importantly staying within your means. She truly puts in the time and effort to make sure her clients are fully educated in understanding what is needed from them in order for her to fully assist them to the fullest of her ability, which is truly appreciated especially for first time home purchaser’s. Ms. Burrell makes it seem effortless, and care free for her clients by taking on all the behind the scene unforeseen hiccups that do occasionally happen. I really love the fact that Ms Brenda Burrell is very Knowledgeable about Real estate knees for her clients but also that she cares and shows you by making sure you are aware of every and anything that you need to know when it comes to purchasing or selling a home. I also love the way that Ms Burrell looks out for her clients either selling or buying she make sure that she puts them first she's an all-around superstar when it comes to real estate needs I definitely would refer her and do refer her to any and everyone needing someone in real estate.

In selling my house Ms. Brenda Burrell assisted me in acquiring more money for my house than I ever expected. I had so much stuff in the house she devised a plan where I was able to declutter the house and fix it up (presentable for sale) in three and half weeks. She was very patient, knowledgeable, accessible and helpful to me every step of the way of getting my house sold. She is a people person and I will refer her to friends or family who are interested in selling or buying a house .I had six offers within two days after my house was put on the market
