Brenda Carroll

Brenda is a top producing Realtor, mother, transplant from the Northeast and
proud Cary resident. She had a strong background in corporate sales & marketing when she and her family relocated to Cary from upstate New York in the mid-1990's.

Brenda found herself drawn to Real Estate, knowing that her all-or-nothing personality would create fervor for her business and a deep commitment to her clients. "I came into Real Estate with a different approach because of my marketing background and that marketing has served me and my clients well" says Carroll. Her feelings were correct. She has put her heart and soul into her business and has become extremely successful.

Brenda is the owner of Total Source Realty and the leader of the Just Call Brenda Real Estate Team. She has tucked her plaques and awards from her Coldwell Banker days away and replaced them with client testimonials as the team's "wall of fame" in their Cary office.

Brenda is proud to be a wife and mother of 4 adult children/stepchildren (3 NC-State grads!) with 3 young grand-babies to enjoy. Her passions are all about family, church, and community service.
